We’d love you to come along and celebrate Mens Medicine’s 6TH Birthday Celebration with us !

Join us for a light morning activation breathwork session To help prime you for a powerful day whilst experiencing a beautiful sunrise & connecting with community.

DATE - SATURDAY 31ST MAY 2025

TIME - Meet at 5:45am for a 6am start , thank you !

LOCATION - Elizabeth Ave  Beach Entry, Broadbeach (beach entrance opposite Kurrawa playground)

We will begin the session with a Cacao Ceremony , then facilitate our event on the beach as per usual 🙏🏼

Please bring along :

➡️ A Yoga Mat , towel or blanket

Towel & swimmers if you’d like to swim afterwards !

Make sure you come warm ready to drop in,
