FATHERS DAY SUNRISE BREATH - BROADBEACH

We invite you to come along and join us for a light morning activation breathwork session.

Bring your Dad , your children’s father for FREE and celebrate the beautiful men in our lives !

It will be a special morning and will help prime you for a powerful day whilst experiencing a beautiful sunrise & connecting with community.

DATE - SATURDAY 6TH SEPT

TIME - Meet at 5:45 am for a 6:00am start

LOCATION ➡ ELIZABETH STREET BEACH ENTRANCE - Broadbeach (beach entrance opposite Kurrawa playground)

We will then facilitate our event on the beach as per usual.

Please bring along :

➡️ A Yoga Mat , towel or blanket

Make sure you come warm ready to drop in,
