We invite you to come along and join us for a light morning activation breathwork session.
To help prime you for a powerful day whilst experiencing a beautiful sunrise & connecting with community.

TIME - Meet at 5:45am for a 6:00am start

LOCATION -

➡️ ELIZABETH AVE BEACH ENTRANCE

We will then facilitate our event on the beach at the end of this beach entrance.

Please bring along :

➡️ A Yoga Mat , towel or blanket

Make sure you come warm ready to drop in,
